Group Coaching for founders who are ready to set their own standards and execute on their ambitions

YearSpark emphasizes the importance of setting your own standards - setting goals and expectations that reflect individual mission, vision, values, and success metrics.

I support entrepreneurs in reigniting their drive for their business by helping them articulate the things that matter most, and teaching them how to wield that passion as a superpower.

Each member will be able to investigate their motivations, desires, and how to make progress less punishing all while making headway toward goals and handle blockers as they arise.

Together, we’ll navigate complex business challenges and focus on consistent execution.

Why Group Coaching?

Group Coaching offers a unique opportunity to introduce diversity of perspective, connection to peers, built-in consistency, support through challenging moments, and celebration through wins to the coaching process. Being able to witness other’s struggles and be a part of their solution often inspires brilliant “ah ha!” moments that would never otherwise come up - which provides benefits for everyone involved. 

The Nuts and Bolts:

YearSpark is a year-long commitment with 3-5 members, each from different industries and businesses.

(it’s important that each person feels comfortable sharing their honest experience, without guarding against competitors)

Session Breakdown:

  • 12 Monthly Group Sessions (1 per month - called Spark Sessions), held in person

  • 4 Private Sessions (1 per quarter) that are scheduled in advance, held in person or virtual over Google Meets.

  • Each member is given a tracker to maintain in Google Sheets that we will use collectively and individually to support progress towards their goals, set in their first Private Session.

  • How Are Groups Formed?

    Cohorts of 3-5 members are welcome to approach me to start a group.

    Don’t have 2-4 founder friends to start a group with? I keep a list of members who are waiting to be added to my next available group! As soon as a group can be formed, I reach out to all interested parties.

    Groups kickoff when the members agree to the available group size, and are ready to begin.

    You’re a founder with a 50% or more equity stake

    Your business has a minimum of 150k topline revenue in the trailing 12 mo

  • What's the Price Tag?

    Pricing adjusts with the number of participants in the group from $3,150 for 5 participants - $4,750 for a smaller group of 3 participants.

    Members are billed annually, though quarterly installments may be available upon review. Retreat fees and dues will be discussed, decided on, and managed separately.

Private Sessions

Our one-on-one sessions give me the opportunity to put my full energy toward your business and aspirations, working with you to discover the root of your motivations and set relevant goals that align with your vision, and keep you moving forward toward key milestones throughout the year.

In the Private Sessions, we have an opportunity to sit with your goals and ensure that you have personal and business alignment with what you’re trying to accomplish in the year, and aren’t rushing the process.

The Private Sessions are 1hr sessions held quarterly, and are scheduled out at the start of each year with pre-set agendas. They can be done virtually or in person, depending on availability.

Spark Sessions

The Spark Sessions are where we see the power of group coaching come to life. The group votes on a constitution to agree on standards of behavior for the year, and to bond as a unit.

The Sessions are approximately 4hrs in length, held exclusively in person, and have a set agenda that involves Tracker use, blocker tackling, individual reflections, structured brainstorming and problem solving, group learning, and monthly goal setting. Spark Sessions are so critical to member success that only one excused absence per year is permitted, and additional excused absences may be permitted by group vote. More than one unexcused absence, and you may be asked to leave the group.

It’s best practice for the group to go to lunch, dinner, or drinks (or drinks and dinner) after their Spark Session to bond as a group and re-set after or before the session.
